A few weeks ago a tweet caught my eye as Nichole Kellerman announced a contest to win a spot in a wellness program she was offering. Because I’ve been lucky and have won a few things in the past few months I threw my hat in the metaphorical ring hoping to win.

I’ve gotta say, I didn’t read all the details of the contest as I was kind of swept away by my enthusiasm to win again.

Fast forward a week and I get the notice that I’m in! Yay!

A spot in Nichole’s program is mine and I proceed to go back and read the details.

Oh oh. . .

My first thought was “Oh no, it’s a diet! Damn! I refuse to get back on the diet bandwagon, now what do I do?”

So I contacted her and came clean. I hadn’t read all the details, I was sorry I’d wasted her time but I simply was not interested in dieting.

Her response impressed me. She encouraged me to modify it as needed to feel good doing it. She really heard my concerns and empowered me to choose and said she’d understand either way.

Hmm. . .her integrity was apparent and I agreed to participate with the modifications we discussed.

Fast forward two more weeks. . .

I didn’t follow the food plan 100% and I didn’t do the workouts as designed, but guess what? I still felt an increase in energy and would you believe my test pants were looser! All the while supported by Nichole’s emails and comments on her site.

I’m still not a proponent of any kind of diet, I’m really not. But what I appreciate about Nichole’s program is that it really did live up to its name.

I was eating consciously and moving more than usual (the workouts looked good, I just have some joint issues I’m dealing with that kept me from doing them fully) and I did feel as though I’d hit some kind of virtual reset button.

She has just launched her 10 Day Body Reset Program and I’m happy to have her here in today’s spotlight.

I truly believe my mission on this planet is to help women lose weight, be fit and sexy while loving the skin they are in.

I found my passion in the midst of struggling with my weight and health in the past  and since overcoming it I want to share it with every woman I can!

2.  What is your future self calling for?

To motivate millions of women live a healthier and positive life, FOREVER!

3.  How do you honour that calling?

Everyday reaching out to women with my free video blogs and offering services to help them attain that.

4.  What is both effortless and life-giving to you?

Helping others. . .most definitely.

5.  What do you do best?  

I know how to motivate and empower!

6.  What is extraordinary about your work?

That I make women feel great about who they are!! Such a rewarding feeling!

7.  What is guaranteed to inspire you?

My clients inspire me everyday breaking through barriers that have been holding them back for years.

8.  What will your epitaph say if you’ve lived life on your terms?

She truly cared for others.

  1. This is great! Nichole’s “Ten Day Body Reset” is my most recent acquisition! And I’m nervous, too! When I couldn’t open the download she worked with me until I got a printable PDF version. I read it over and realized immediately that I’m the master of my program and she’s the support. I love it. But it still scares me! I’ve been unhealthy for so long. I used to be the epitome of health, dancing a lot and just eating well. It doesn’t take much for me to feel unhealthy. A little bit of sugar, no midday nap, skip a few days w/o a good walk takes its toll quickly. I’m just very sensitive. I studied nutrition. I know better. I know how to take care of myself. But something has changed in the past 2 years. Maybe the stress of losing our house and moving 2x’s, etc. Sooooo, even though I’m scared I’ll fail, I think Nichole’s example of jumping back in the game is all I needed. Thanks for spotlighting her!

    3. It’s funny isn’t it, how many of us think “I know better” and then proceed to beat ourselves up about that! As in so many things, knowing makes no difference, especially when life throws difficult things at us. Reminds me of that quote “Be kind for everyone is fighting a hard battle.” (don’t remember who said it)

  2. Nichole and Sandi, so glad you found each other! I watched your vlog 10 day Body Reset and found it so inspiring. I am in the middle of giving up the struggle to micromanage my diet and exercise, but I’ve fallen back to the sugar addicted hell and apathy of early days.  I’m glad there are people like you who are out there to help the people who really need it.  Best to you both in your fitness/coaching journeys!
