Just for Today

Just for today. . .

Just for today. . .

do. . .nothing

SEE your beauty

delight your senses

listen to your body

affirm your greatness

own your lusciousness

express your  l o n g  i n g s

choose SELF-ish over selfless

appreciate your surroundings

shine so bright people stop in awe

release old hurts, grudges and resentments

rest when you need. . .to-do list be damned

laugh – out loud and often – feel your belly shake

be in JOY

live out LOUD

expose your Self

stake your claim

forgive. . .for you

honour your needs

give up your reasons

speak softly, breathe deeply

nourish mind-body-spirit

LEAN into vulnerability

favour your strengths

express devotion

SING your tune

be who you BE

just for today. . .

just for today. . .

  1. Now THIS is what I needed. I laughed with joy when I started reading! I can do this! What fun. Maybe tomorrow, too! Thank you Sandi! What a gift you gave to me. You don’t even know. When all I think about is “what more can I do?” I can start feeling like a drudge. Is that a word? It should be.
“express your longings”~ love that one!!

  2. Sandi you’re amazing. I’m really enjoying these posts! Every time I read one I soften a little and attempt to be more kind. My day has already started and this reminded me to take all the next steps with love and kindness. I don’t know why but this post made me a little emotional.

    :]

  5. “If you ask me what I came here to do, I came to live out loud.”  Emile Zola

Sandi, I think youwrote the best description of what Zola meant.  I’m printing it out too and hanging it on my inspiration board.  Thank you.
